Jorge A. Barragan, CEO

Mr. Barragan has over 28 years in the industry with varying roles. He has worn many hats in his career, starting as a carpenter, and gradually becoming a land surveyor, draftsman, city inspector, construction manager and design engineer.

He has held managing roles in surveying, civil engineering, architecture, and construction. He has been involved with projects in multiple industries, including commercial and retail developments, industrial, institutional, health, transportation, single and multi-family developments, parks and trails, oil, gas, and solar energy.
